CASES

In the HOMENEES system, we arrange each guest's profile in the “Case” module. Here you can easily and quickly view your processing cases, previous cases and a case library that can be used for study purposes. Also, you can create a new guest profile when you come into contact with a new client.

Processing Cases

This section allows you to browse and manage the cases you are working on. Each guest's personal details, notes and past journey are recorded and updated in the file, making it easy to track the progress of the case.

Previous Cases

This section is used to keep track of the guests you have previously handled or referred to you. You will also be notified of any updates to the case as it progresses and will be synced to your records.

Case Library

To facilitate communication and education between charities and to the general public, we have a case library where we can publish recent findings or trends on homeless issues, combined with a selection of authorised real-life stories for people to learn from.
